Bache Pallets Limited is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 01351410. Our registered office is Bromley Street, Lye, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY9 8HY.
What information we collect
If you contact us, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and message.
How we use your information
We use these details to understand and respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or discuss work you may place with us. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Online enquiries
The website enquiry form is not active at launch and does not transmit or store the details entered into it. Please contact us directly by email or telephone until the online form is enabled.
Interactive map
The contact page loads an interactive map from Mapbox only when the map is near the visible part of the page. Mapbox may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser information. Read Mapbox’s privacy policy.
Optional analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed and clicks on our telephone and email links. Google processes technical information such as browser and device details, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Analytics, and our page-view configuration removes URL queries and fragments. A contact-link click does not tell us whether an enquiry was completed.
Analytics is off until you accept. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings in the footer. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation. Google may process information outside the UK; see Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website and with colleagues or Bache Group companies where that is necessary to answer your enquiry.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, and to object to processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
