We manufacture standard and bespoke industrial pallets, stillages and containers for agriculture, automotive, construction, foundry and forging, retail and defence.
Our equipment is used in the UK and overseas, with products supplied to Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Spain and the USA among other markets.
Our history
From Halesowen to our current home in Lye.
- Turn of the century
The family business was founded in Halesowen by General Bache as G. Bache & Son.
- 1974
General Bache’s grandson Robert re-established the business as a stillage manufacturer in Wolverhampton.
- 1982
The company moved to Hartlebury with Sales Director George Bentley and continued to develop its pallet and stillage capability.
- 2001
Bache Pallets acquired E. A. Lewis Engineering Limited in Lye and transferred to the Bromley Street premises.
- 2008
Sister company Genwork joined Bache Pallets at Bromley Street, broadening the Group’s capability and product range.
- Today
Our fabrication team works with modern design software, CNC machinery and automated production equipment.
Investment
More space, modern machinery and skilled people.
We have added nearly 30,000 sq ft of production space.
Our machinery includes robotic welding, punching and cropping equipment, press brakes and the Amada Quattro CNC laser cutter.
