If you contact us, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and message.
We use these details to understand and respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or discuss work you may place with us. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Enquiries are transmitted through Formspree, which processes the form submission before it reaches us. Read Formspree’s privacy policy.
The contact page loads an interactive map from Mapbox only when the map is near the visible part of the page. Mapbox may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser information. Read Mapbox’s privacy policy.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed and clicks on our telephone and email links. Google processes technical information such as browser and device details, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Analytics, and our page-view configuration removes URL queries and fragments. A contact-link click does not tell us whether an enquiry was completed.
Analytics is off until you accept. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings in the footer. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation. Google may process information outside the UK; see Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
We retain enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website and with colleagues or Bache Group companies where that is necessary to answer your enquiry.
Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, and to object to processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Google Analytics 4 is optional. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies. Rejecting analytics does not affect your use of this website. We do not use advertising cookies.
We save your choice in your browser’s local storage as bache_analytics_consent_v1 for 180 days. This preference contains your choice and its expiry, not a visitor identifier. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.
If you accept, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and measure visits. We configure these cookies to expire after 180 days, without extending their lifetime on each visit. Browser settings may shorten that period.
