The Company moved to Hartlebury in 1982 with Robert Bache as the Managing Director and George Bentley as the Sales Director establishing Bache Pallet as one of the UK's leading pallets manufacturers.

In September 2001 Bache Pallets acquired E. A. Lewis Engineering Limited in Lye, Stourbridge. Since then, production have been transferred to the new site, with larger premises, resulting in a significant increase in both the capacity and capability.
